I believe in creating true health.

My journey began as a U.S. Registered Nurse, trained within the traditional Western medical system. While working with patients, I often felt that something was missing. That changed when I discovered Functional Medicine—a field that bridges the gap between conventional care and alternative approaches to health. Inspired by this holistic perspective, I pursued a master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Today, I work with clients seeking to achieve optimal health by addressing the root causes of their concerns.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and three boys. While Stockholm, Sweden is our home base, we also split our time between family in New England and Ireland. I’m an avid runner and hope to dive into orienteering someday.
